The registration and / or the use of our website for example www.collection-roessler-soho.com imply ther user´s acceptance of the General Conditions by the user. Your use of the website and / or the acceptance of the General Conditions at registration represent an agreement between you and the company Marcus Hagner, Hamburg. If you do not agree on the following General Conditions you will not be authorized to use the website and the service provided by the company. These General Conditions exclusively regulate the offer, the forwarding and the acceptance of purchasing orders of products on our website for example www.collection-roessler-soho.com , between the website users and the company.
Conclusion of contract with the company
In order to conclude the purchasing contract of one or more products on www.collection-roessler-soho.com or other websites of the company the user will have to fill in an eletronic format order form and send it to the company, in electronic data transmission, following the instructions.
The contract will be considered as concludes when the company receives, in electronic data transmission, the order form from the user, after checking the correctness of the data included. Once the contract is concluded, the company will assume the customer´s purchasing order. The company has the right to not carry on with those orders that might prove to have insufficient assurance of solvency or that prove to be incomplete or not correct or in case if the products are not available. In any of these cases the company will inform the customer it will not be able to carry out the order specifying the reasons for it. In casethe products ordered by the customer were no longer available, the company will immediately inform the customer. In case the form is sent and the amount due is paid, the company will refund the Customer for what has been paid in advance.
Delivery
The delivery time of the goods ordered from the website vary according to the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions for the order itself. Shipment takes place within 4 working days from the payment and the credit entry.
The time relating to the delivery terms are approximate and not binding for the company.

Goods delivery
At delivery of the goods the custumer has to check:
- that the number of the parcels deliveres corresonds to what stated in the bill of lading
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes
In case of tampering and / or damage the custumer will have to immediately notify the shipment and / or the delivery placing the writing "goods unchechecked for ..." (write the reason) on the Bill of Lading received by the courier or any other operator. Following this, the custumer will have to signal any damage within 3 days from receiving the goods according to the modalities planned by the operator that has carried out the shipment.
Tracking of shipment
It is possible to track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that thge system sends to the customer´s email address once the shipment has been sent and which contains information about the courier used. the shipping code and instructions on how to track your shipment.
Cancelling or modifying an order
To modify or cancel an order which has already been submitted it is necessary to promptly contact the company
via email at roesslersoho@t-online.de specifying the reference number.

In cases of purchases with Credit Card the referential bank institute will authorize the charge of the amount related to the purchase made. In case the order is canselled, either by the customer or by the company (should the contract not be accepted), the company will be asked to cancel the trnsition and transfer the amount committed. the company has the authority to request further information from the customer or the transmission of copies of documents which prove the ownership of the card used. In case the customer does not provide such documents and/or copies, the company reserves the option of not accepting the conclusion of the contract. At no point during the purchaising process by Credid Card is the company able to know personal information regarding the owner of the card since the information is sent directly to the website of the bank institute which manages the transaction, which is a protected site.
Paypal
Selecting Paypal payment the customer will be redirected to a page of the Paypal website where he will write in his email adress and password and the payment will be carried out. The financiel data of the user will be dealt with by Paypal directly. In casse the order is cancelled, either by the customer or by the company (should the contract not be accepted), the amount will berefunded on the Paypal account of the user. The company will not be considered responsible for delays or damages occurred during the refund process.
